1. Context – The team should answer questions about the team or project. Where does the team fit in the scheme of things?  Why were you chosen to be a part of this project?

2. Competence - Do we have the right people on the team? Do they have the skills needed for this project and what they have been assigned? Are you capable of dealing with problems?  Do you know resources to fix issues that arise that a team member can not handle?  Do everyone trust each team member?

3. Committed - to the team.  Do each member bring some value to the team? What incentives are in place to encourage the team to do well?

4. Control - Do each team member understand their boundaries?  Is there a process in place that allows the team to review its current practices?  Are members held accountable if they do not meet timelines?  If so, what is that process

5. Communication – Members must a clear understanding about the priority of tasks.  Be sure the method of feedback is clear and honest.

BONUS

6. Coordinated - Who is the leader of the team?  Who do they report to?
